Open the app, go to Settings, scroll to In-App Purchases, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy.
Try restoring purchases first (see above). If that doesn't work, force-quit the app and reopen it. Still not working? Contact us below with your Apple Order ID (found in your App Store receipt email) and we'll sort it out.
Stars are earned by playing games and watching optional reward ads. You can spend them to buy extra hints or Worderfall passes inside the game. Stars are stored on your device and are not tied to your Apple ID.
Daily puzzles (Spellbound and Daily Decipher) reset at midnight UTC. Your device's local time may differ.
Alpha Arcade uses the ENABLE word list, a standard competitive Scrabble dictionary. Some common words may not be included if they're proper nouns, abbreviations, or very recent additions to the language. Send us the word and we'll review it.
